Attention clients: Your appointments are very important to me, and are reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes scheduled adjustments are necessary; therefore I ask that you respect my time with a 48 hour cancellation notice. Less than 48 hour notice of cancellation of a chemical service will result in a forfeit of your deposit. Less than 48 hour notice of cancellation of any other service will result in a $20 fee that must be paid before rescheduling. A Late fee of $15 will be added to your bill and appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes and charged under the no show policy. NO SHOWS will result in a full service charge.
